We are glad to report that the problems with Hotmail and Yahoo! falsely blocking our e-mail communication have been resolved. Our technical team has successfully completed the migration of the website to a new hosting facility. The latest tests, we conducted, demonstrate that our e-mail communication is being delivered without problems.

We hope that this change will further improve the service quality to our customers.

It was brought to our attention that some of our customers were not receiving e-mail communication from us. More precisely - our e-mail was being falsely categorized as spam and going into their Junk and Bulk mailboxes.

For the time being, we re-sent all e-mails from an alternative mail server and are taking urgent steps to fix the problem. Unfortunately, this trouble is neither caused by us nor is entirely in our control but we hope to resolve the situation in the nearest future.
